|Recommended: YesI stayed here from August 2022-May 2023. Enjoyed the unit greatly. Staff and neighbors were friendly, maintenance crews were usually on time and effective. Great walkability to WSU campus and decent to downtown. Were very understanding when I had to cut my lease short and even assisted in getting the sublease paperwork figured out before my move. All in all, had a good time here and would recommend for any prospective students at WSU.

|Recommended: YesThe BEST property we've ever rented from — My husband and I have lived in the Moscow Pullman area for 7 years. In that time, we have rented from 3 of the biggest rental agencies in the area. I can say with 100 certainty that Cougar Ridge is the absolute best. We recently moved to Cougar Ridge and so far, we are absolutely blown away by the property and maintenance staff. The office staff are some of the most wonderful people who bent over backwards to help us find the perfect unit. They addressed all of our questions, concerns, and needs during the tour lease signing process. We had to move in a rush due to issues with our previous property. Cougar Ridge was VERY accommodating and helped make a stressful move seamless. Their maintenance staff responds promptly and are a joy to work with. They are communicative, efficient, professional, and respectful. If they can't fix the issue immediately, they are communicative and make sure that you know the plan moving forward. I definitely recommend giving Cougar Ridge a try
