|Recommended: YesMaintenance — We put in a request on the first of the month because one of our baseboard heaters was no longer working. They ordered the part right away and contacted us as soon as it came in. Today, December 7th, they came and replaced it and it's working great The fact that they are on top of it is awesome We are appreciative of the staff and their timely matter on fixing things in our apartment. We have had only great, positive experiences with all of Cougar Ridge staff

|Recommended: YesIt's nice and quiet. — The apartments are nice and the staff is all incredibly helpful. Living here is great, the only downside is the apartments can get a bit cold in the winter.

|Recommended: YesCougar Ridge is great — We've had a wonderful experience with cougar ridge. hey have made a huge effort to upgrade the complex and it shows The staff is very very helpful and always courteous. The club house is a great addition my husband and I love to play pool there. The complex is amazingly pet-friendly, it's been great for our dog. I would highly recommend you come take a look

|Recommended: YesGreat amenities, nice apartments, grounds could use work — Loved living here, nice and quite, amenities were very conveniently located. Office staff are helpful and maintenance is handled quickly. Pet amenities were also great, overall, wonderful place and good value. Would highly recommend to pet owners or non-pet owners alike, very nice place.

|Recommended: YesQuiet, Clean, and Friendly — The area is fairly quiet you can't easily hear neighbors or outside noise. The apartments are decently sized and have a clean appearance. There is ample parking space, so you don't have to worry about not being able to park your vehicle.

|Recommended: YesIt's great — I love living here. Excellent and nice staff. New bathroom vanity and AC fixed very quickly. I am a dog owner and so are all my neighbors, very pet friendly place. The noise barrier between floors is great. Anytime I've had a question or needed anything the staff was great. The apartment layout is not logical though so if you have visitors you should probably figure out a different way of identifying where your apartment is. I definitely recommend snagging a place here while you can next spring.

|Recommended: YesModest property, but reaching too far and neglecting important aspects — The property is fairly quiet due to its placement away from the campus, there is generally always parking even if you have to park pretty far from your apartment , and even then, you're always close to a bus stop. The price of rent going up is the only thing that makes the property undesirable it's going up really high to accommodate needless utilities like a fitness center, tanning beds, dog parks, etc when the neighborhood around Pullman already sees plenty of those within easy distance. They're not bad additions per se, but you get them at the cost of slower maintenance, heavy construction noise, often dirty messy premises and outdated flooring or appliances. Overall, the older rent price, and its pet friendliness, once fit the apartments in a good niche, but in trying to raise the property value, it feels like the complex is reaching too far and neglecting its own assets.

|Recommended: YesNice cheap apartments with good insulations — The main reason that i chose to live here is that it was the cheapest option for having two animals. However, in the last couple of months the added renovations have really added value to the apartments. it needs to be said that there are some things that still need to be improved but overall i am happy living here.
Thank you Tanner for the review. Not only have the renovations added value the market around us is pushing prices as well. We are very excited to see what Cougar Ridge has in store for this next year for renovations( I know I am excited about the landscaping work we have coming )
|Recommended: YesI think this place is great — I would tell them that living here is great The apartments are great and well kept and the grounds remain relatively clean The only issue is not knowing what types of neighbors you will have, but for the most part most of the residents are great

|Recommended: YesNew management is great — Although the last management cared little about the apts and allowed them to age without proper care - the new management is trying to improve them by upgrading AC, doors and laundry services. The addition of the new work out room is also awesome

|Recommended: YesVery Awesome place to live Love the Upgrades this Year — I love living here. Met some Awesome friends to hang out with. Can't wait on the new work out center. Love shooting Basketball and Grilling out. Nice and quite here, just to darn HOT...LOL. Thank You Cougar Ridge Staff and Owners, for making living here fun and relaxing. And at the same time feeling safe in our homes. Keep Cool in this heat wave. Thanks Jim G.
