|Recommended: YesGood Apartments at a Reasonable Price — For 60 more, we could have stayed at a unit with a washer, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, and oven. The downside was no pets. This is a pet friendly community which is awesome.
The plumbing fixtures are pretty low quality and the finish easily shows the hard water stains after only a few uses. The appliances could probably use replacement. There is barely any cabinet or storage space for clothing and kitchen stuff and no real pantry which was a disappointment. The bathrooms have mildew darkened grout probably from poor waterproofing when the time was installed.
Apart from that, the unit is clean with nice floors and carpets. The Windows let in a decent amount of light and the staff are always ready to help. Overall pleased with the community and the staff, and glad we have a unit that is close to school.

|Recommended: YesPretty good — Can't complain too much. Walls keep sound in most of the time, but doors do not. My apartment is pretty upgraded, but the parts that are not look incredibly dingy, which off-sets the upgrades. But I really like the upgrades and think its really nice all around, plus the amenities are great.

|Recommended: YesNot bad — There isn't much space to park on the upper end of the complex, but the apartments are pretty nice. They're somewhat small, but not too small that you feel cramped. The water isn't clear, so the pipes are probably old. There's lots of stations providing doggy bags and trash cans so that you don't have to carry the full bags around with you. Although there's lots of construction happening right now, everyone is being really thoughtful with when they start and finish working.

Thank you for taking the time to give us an HONEST review! We really appericate your thoughts! I have to agree that upper parking lot is very small! I wish we could make it much bigger! If you need a parking lot with more space the lower lot is very open. We will also be adding even more pet stations to help the residents keep all the dog poop picked up! I am glad to hear the construction workers are being good to the residents! We love the crew we hired to help us bring our second laundry room and those units back to life! |Recommended: YesOnly two major problems — I like the over all design of the complex but i can hear my upstairs neighbor all the time. Every step they take i hear a squickyness noise. Its creepy and obnoxious to hear every single step they take. Also the water heaters are too small and you cant take a bath because the water will go cold halfway through filling the tub.

|Recommended: YesFor the price, some of the best apartments on campus. — The apartments are clean, well maintained, and have plenty of space to move into. My apartment was damage free when I first arrived, and the maintenance staff is responsive and quick to fix any issues that do occur. Management is kind and helpful at all times, and helped me get settled without issue. Cougar Ridge is definitely one of the better apartments in Pullman.

|Recommended: YesPerfectly fine place to live — Sometimes the noise level gets annoying because you can hear the upstairs neighbor's creaky floors but otherwise, the complex does a great job at providing quality living environment.

|Recommended: YesGood if you have pets — The apartments are better now that they are renovated, but very over priced. The amenities are nice, but would be better if there were some united with washer dryer. Especially for the price you pay. The landscaping is terrible, but parking is nice.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live for new students — i love all this apartment complex offers here such as tanning, study room, laundry room, flat screen tv in a club room, desktops, animal wash room, fire places, workout room and outside grills. My favorite part would have to be the transportation, the bus shows up right out front and it's one of the first stops so i always have a seat to get to class on time. The only thing i would really like to change is the storage. My closet in the hall is so small i can't store everything i need to store and my closet in the bedroom is only big enough for shoes and clothes. So now i'm finding myself hiding extra stuff behind my couch right on top of the heater, now i can't use the heat in my living room so i had to buy a space heater to keep me warm.

|Recommended: YesQuiet, mostly well kept, kind of complicated — I love the fact that my pets are welcome at this complex. It's really hard to find a pet friendly apartment in Pullman. The apartments are nice. I would say it is a little expensive especially for a college student. But I do like the easy access to a gym and laundry room.

|Recommended: YesQuiet and comfortable living situation. — That the apartments are large and comfortable. AC is a huge plus Love the pet friendly atmosphere. There are some obviously quickly done tasks such as the painting fixtures but over all the place is enjoyable and hard wood floors are nice.
