|Recommended: YesCougar Ridge Review — The neighbors are quiet and friendly. And I’m very thankful that the property staff are understanding and cooperative, and most importantly patient I guess the only complaint I would have would be how tight the parking is on the upper parking lots.

|Recommended: YesFair enough bang for your buck — Overall CR Apartments aren't too bad of a place to live, my biggest gripe is that I wish there was more parking availability and that the residents here would pick up after their pets more, hope management hammers down on that more.

|Recommended: YesGreat place, but I can hear everything my neighbors do — I love the apartment It's done me well so far. The only downside, really, is that I can hear literally everything my neighbors do. I don't mind it during the day, but at night it gets hard to sleep when they're walking around all the time. It's not that they're walking heavily either, just walking normally.

|Recommended: YesBest apartment complex in Pullman — Cougar Ridge is definitely the best apartment complex in Pullman. The front desk staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I have only had to ask maintenance for a small check up to check my smoke alarm and the air vent in bathroom and they were very quick and efficient. The overall cleanliness of the apartment complex is impressive. I love the dog friendly environment as well. Thank you Cougar Ridge

|Recommended: YesLove it — The staff is super helpful and friendly. Plus, the apartment is wonderful I love the view and the layout of my apartment. I also live in a quiet part of the property so there are no distractions when I do homework.
