|Recommended: YesPretty Good — For the most part, everything is good. There are some cosmetic blemishes in the apartment and the sink hardware is in need of a refresh. I can't really hear my neighbors unless they are moving around furniture. People pick up after their pets as well. I have a dog area pretty close to my door, and I rarely ever see any poop left behind. I've never had a problem with parking either. Staff is great as well.
|Recommended: YesFair prices for a pretty nice place — I enjoy living here, the common areas and generally clean, neighbors are nice, staff is friendly and willing to answer questions. Prices are fair, and actually pretty low for the Pullman area, and the apartments are nice and comfortable places to live.
|Recommended: YesGreat place Great people. — I would definitely consider Cougar Ridge. They are one of the most animal friendly places to rent from in Pullman. Their friendliness doesn't stop at animals either I am always greeted with smiling faces no matter the time of day. Additionally, I feel very safe here during COVID
|Recommended: YesAmazing people Always so friendly. I have always felt welcome and safe during COVID at Cougar Ridge. Maintenance is friendly and punctual when a work order is placed. Great community.

|Recommended: YesIt has been a great experience so far. — Maintenance is super friendly and efficient. The apartments are spacious and have a good amount of natural light. My only issue is the sound insulation isn't perfect, but it could be worse.

|Recommended: YesCougar Ridge is a nice place to live — It is nice to live here, but living on the bottom of the apartment has pros and cons. The upstairs neighbors are so loud and are loud 24 HOURS of the day. It is nice though to have the bottom apartment because its easy access and our apartment is on the end so thats really nice.

I am so sorry we were able to get new cabinets and countertops into your apartment this year. COVID has really messed up our whole year and budget for those big projects.

|Recommended: YesNice location and floor plans, lots of stairs — I enjoy my space, the maintenance crew is always willing to help and fast at it, some of the appliances and fixtures could be updated but for the price its really not bad and if you keep your space clean They're really quite nice places to live. Biggest complaint, there are lots of spiders.
|Recommended: YesExcellent — It is a very welcoming environment that is a safe place to live and is welcoming towards pets.
|Recommended: YesGreat apartment. We left The Ruckus and so far living here is WAY better. The only thing I have noticed is living on the bottom floor, you can hear your upstairs neighbors extremely well.
