|Recommended: YesMy review — honestly cougar ridge has been an excellent apartment for what i wanted. somewhere quiet that is not too expensive and well kept. cheers for the last year.
|Recommended: YesHeater Runs too hot — I can't seem to control the heater in my apartment. The heater is too hot and is basically canceling out the AC unit.

|Recommended: YesVery cozy home — Nothing special but easy and great mail laundry services. Very pet friendly. Everything in the apartment works and was very clean on move in.

I chose Cougar Ridge because of the apartment layout, the amentities, location, and all of the parking. The inside of the apartment is much more updated than my previous place which I am thoroughly enjoying
|Recommended: YesI've lived at Cougar Ridge for the past 2 years. During that time I've had numerous interactions with the staff and maintenance. They are all very helpful and nice. I will miss the fiber internet and work out room. I have not had any problems while living here and would recommend this apartment. I especially like that they accept pets. I was able to have my cat with me and that helped a lot from being away from home.
