|Recommended: YesGood location, friendly staff, dated apartments — The complex itself is old so there are a few quirks about the units. The general landscaping and appearance outside isn’t great and could be described as a Minecraft village. However, the insides have good layouts, the laminate floors are nice, appliances are generally fine, and they paint between tenants. The two laundry rooms and free dog wash station is nice too. This is probably the most pet friendly complex in Pullman. The staff is friendly and tries to come up with community events and makes the amenities appealing. For a college apartment I would say they are one of the better complexes in town and my lease was a decent price.

|Recommended: YesAffordable for anyone with large furkids — It’s great The office people are great and the maintenance workers helped me out when everything was going wrong in a tough time for me I have two large dog 55 lbs and they answered all my questions and concerns. The dog park is close by and they just put me in a perfect location for everything They really try to give you what they want here and take into consideration for your pets too Thank you Cougar Ridge
|Recommended: YesGreat College Bungalow — People are very to themselves, so you get a lot of privacy. It’s quiet most of the time, hardly any screamers. Parking is close, as well as the rev facilities, and if you need literally anything at all, the staff always have a smile on their face and are ready to help. Great place to live, without it being too pricey.

|Recommended: YesA very friendly community — It's very calm. I haven't had any issues with any neighbors or other tenants on the property. Everyone seems to get along and the fact that this complex is pet friendly is a plus. The only downside to living here is the sprinklers in the main lawn next to Terre View will seem to turn on in the evening and won't turn off until morning especially in summer , so having to walk to find a different spot to take your dog potty can be a struggle Overall this complex is great.

I am so truly sorry about the sprinklers we did have a few issues with the 200 phase of sprinklers. Those should be fixed now :)
